Our role is limited to matching you with a suitable broker based on the information you provide. Any finance arranged will be between you and the broker and/or lender directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a UK resident (or have a UK-based property interest) to use our Service. You must be seeking finance for a property investment, development or letting purpose, and neither you nor a close family member may live in or intend to live in the relevant property. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4. How the Service Works

• You first complete two eligibility checks confirming that the enquiry is for unregulated property investment, development or non-consumer buy-to-let finance
• If the checks pass, you complete our online enquiry form, providing details about your finance requirements and contact information
• We match your enquiry with a specialist broker from our partner network based on your requirements
• Your details and enquiry information are shared with the matched broker partner
• The broker partner will contact you directly to discuss your requirements and, if appropriate, source suitable finance options

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that finance will be offered or arranged. All finance applications are subject to the broker's and lender's own assessment criteria.

5. Your Consent to Be Contacted

By ticking the consent box and submitting your enquiry, you expressly consent to Property Broker Pro sharing your personal data with broker partners within our network for the purpose of them contacting you by phone, email, or other reasonable means to discuss your finance requirements and source suitable products.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@propertybrokerpro.co.uk. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
